Refund Policy

• Refunds are available through January 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
  
• Refunds apply to registration fees only (processing fees are non-refundable).
  
• If a player is waitlisted and not placed, a full refund will b provided.
  
• Early registration gift cards become void if a refund is issued.
