North Springs Little League is a nonprofit organization and has a no refund policy in place. The only two reasons a refund may be granted are for a medical reason or moving out of the area.
To request a refund, you need to send a written request to the Player Agent, indicating the player to which the refund applies, the parent to whom the check should be written, and the address to where the check should be mailed. The appropriate documentation should be included with your request (documents relating to your move or letter from your doctor). Refunds must be approved by the Board and will be sent to you as soon as practical.
